Fawaz Hussain

I have know Giridaran since his period at RESolve energy consultant (2012), where he was helping me with support on Net-metering and certain policy issues as per the local utility company. However, Later in 2015 I had a chance to take Giridaran's service in reestablishing our organization @Daystarsolar on a bigger level. He extensively helped us in setting up the organization structure, strategic advisory, purchase, recruitment and various other technical tasks. He was very well organized and clear in his approach. 

Not many professionals have a thirst for knowledge. Giridaran has a unique blend of knowing techincal aspects but approaching them with a sense of humility by way of which any new knowledge he encounters he readily embraces after due diligence. This in my opinion is a professionals greatest strength; to know and to accept to learn simultaneously.
